“This is 33! 🥹 Which of the Lord’s blessings can I deny? None!” Nancy wrote. “I vividly remember being 13 years old, sitting in what was to be our new home—an uncompleted building with only the bedrooms having windows and doors. The rest of the house was a pure carcass: no flooring, ceilings, or running water, just our beloved well that provided for all our needs, including drinking water.”
Despite those difficult circumstances, Nancy made a promise to change her family’s trajectory and help her father achieve his dream of owning a completed, fully furnished home.
“I told myself, ‘I’m going to own a good home. But before I even think of buying land for myself, I’ll help Daddy fulfill his lifelong dream.’ Quietly, while everyone celebrated that milestone, I prayed, ‘God, I’ve done what You asked me to do; now, please help me achieve mine in Your own time.’”
On December 15, 2023, Nancy’s dream came true. She received the keys and papers to her dream home, just days after making her first payment.
