Over the weekend, the 55th NAACP Annual Image Awards ceremony lit up Los Angeles with a dazzling display of glamour and beauty. The star-studded affair welcomed luminaries such as Oprah Winfrey, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Idris Elba, Taraji P. Henson, Kerry Washington, Gabrielle Union, Usher, Keke Palmer, and Damson Idris.
Notable winners at the NAACP Image Awards included Tems, Davido, Lojay, Aleema Omotoni, a British-Nigerian author, and Damson Idris, who was honored with the award for outstanding actor in a drama series.
