Legal basis for processing
We process personal data on the following legal bases: consent (e.g. newsletter/popup sign-ups), legitimate interests (e.g. analytics to understand and improve the site, spam prevention on comments), and legal obligation where applicable.
International transfers
As a business operating between the UK and Nigeria, and using third-party services such as Google Analytics, your data may be processed outside your home country. Where this happens, we rely on the relevant third party’s own compliance mechanisms (for example, Google’s standard contractual clauses) to ensure your data remains protected.
