Aston Martin has unveiled the new DB12 Volante, a convertible companion to the DB12 Coupé, showcasing the next generation of its luxury sports cars. This model merges high-performance Super Tourer capabilities with the thrill of open-air driving. The DB12 Volante features a sleek, muscular exterior and a clean, modern interior, highlighted by a K-Fold soft top that maintains the car’s graceful silhouette whether raised or lowered. Once the roof is stowed beneath a sculpted tonneau, the vehicle reveals its luxurious cockpit and athletic rear design, exuding elegance and power.
Chief Creative Officer Marek Reichman emphasized Aston Martin’s long history with convertible sports cars, dating back to the 1965 Short Chassis Volante. The DB12 Volante continues this tradition, balancing aesthetics with exceptional performance. Its fabric roof distinguishes it from hard-top convertibles, adding a unique, stylish touch to its dynamic profile. The uninterrupted beltline, combined with the car’s lowered suspension, completes a design that is both refined and commanding, setting the DB12 Volante apart from its competitors.
